It started as a private list
Every name on here started as someone we called ourselves. That's the only reason we can stand behind them.

None of it was planned. A driver in Bhutan who knew which monastery to visit at which hour. A guide in Patagonia who talked them out of the route everyone books. People they met once, stayed in touch with, and called again the next time they came through.
Then friends started asking. Who do we call in Vietnam? In Chile? In Kenya? For a while the brothers just forwarded numbers. 195.earth is what happened when that stopped working — the same list, opened up, with a map in front of it, so reaching these people no longer depends on knowing the right brothers.
